1. Shopping - related rights and obligations
a. Due to the difference of your computer screen settings, the actual color of the products will be slightly different from the site. All orders purchased will not be the color seen on the computer, but the color seen in store.
b. If the site states a false price due to the human error, we have the right to cancel our customers’ orders. In any case of cancellation, modification, or delay of your product when purchasing on this site, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
c. If a product is purchased and is then asked to be returned, changed, or cancelled continuously, we reserve the right to refuse any service. This also applies if presented with false information.
d. This site respects and follows the “Privacy Policy”. All information given to this site will be secure and will not be leaked to anyone, except the government, our partners, logistic companies and financial institutions.
e. All information given by you must be factually correct. The consequences of hypocrisy, and fake information will be your responsibility. If there are any changes to the information you have provided, please notify the customer hotline service immediately.
 
2. Member point instructions
a. When you first register as a member on this website, you will get 12,000 points in the span of one year (1 point = 1 dollar). This means that in each month of the year, you will receive an email saying that you have earned 1000 points.
b. When a single spending of 2,000 dollars is achieved, 500 points can be used to redeem 500 dollars. When a single spending of 4,000 dollars is achieved, 1,000 points can be used to redeem 1,000 dollars.
c. Note: If the monthly 1,000 bonus points are not used in the same month, they will not be available for use in the following month.
 
3. Checkout, payment and shipping instructions
a. When checking out, a box for point redemption will appear. This box is for the buyer to use bonus points. If you did a single spending of 2,000, please enter 500. If you did a single spending of 4,000, please enter 1000. If you insert an error within the box, you will not be able to use these points, so please pay special attention.
b. This site currently offers many different payment methods such as: using credit cards or ATM transfer. When 1000 dollars is spent, the shipping will be free, but if lower than 1000 dollars, there will be a shipping fee of 80 dollars.
 
4. Shipping Instructions
a. After ordering the products on this website and completing the payment, the customer service personnel will confirm with you. The shipment will be completed within 10 working days (excluding holidays) after the order has been established.
b. After the purchase of the merchandise, the invoice will be kept in the company for seven days and will be delivered to you on the seventh day by mail. National holidays, weather occurrences may delay the delivery time.
c. This site is currently only shipping in Taiwan by the post office registered parcel. If you do not receive the products on the due date, please contact the customer service hotline immediately.
 
5. Return and Exchanging Policy
a. Once you have received the products, Glory Spa allows you to have 7 days for any returns or exchanges free of charge. Please keep in mind that you may not open or test the product before returning. If any natural disasters (lightning, fire, earthquake, flooding) occur within these 7 days, the limit will be extended.
b. If the product is damaged when received, you are able to return it. If you receive it in good condition, and have opened it, you are not able to return it back to the company.
c. You must return the products in an unused state, and also within the 7-day period after the time of purchase. If found defective and damaged, please contact our customer service hotline within 7 days. We will exchange products with you as soon as possible. Shipping costs are covered by the company.
d. When returning products, it must come with: the invoice, the outer box, interior and exterior packaging, accessories, manuals, gifts and so on. If you cannot include these items along with the product, we will not accept the return.
